A NOTE ON PROCESS

The majority of the images I make consist of a collage and transfer process which is then painted on. The general composition made by transferring inkjet prints on to the papers surface. It is then finished with water colors and gouache. Everything is one surface on the paper.

The two sculptures up are shown on installation and months later. Being made of plaster and joint compound they aged rapidly in the elements, this brings on quick changes for a cast phrase or gives you “instant ruins”.
